MBC Foods Salt and Pepper Coating - Gluten Free

The most recent addition to our coating range is a Gluten-Free Salt & Pepper Coating, ideal for those with celiac disease, wheat alergy, or a sensitivity to gluten. This coating is the same as our original blend, just without the gluten.

Like our other coatings, it is great with seafood, meat and even vegetarian foods. Simply wet food with water or oil, coat food generously with coating, then shallow fry.
