Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Cheeky Co. would like to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:
Returns
Cheeky Co. will accept a returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will not refund or exchange any products that have been used, unless the product is defective. Please make sure you are reading the instructions for use to ensure you are using the product correctly.
Please note that all gel products will need to be cured for double the recommended time if not using a Moyra compatible gel lamp.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one. To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will send you a new item at no additional cost.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and do not want to exchange it, we offer a refund. To be eligible for a refund, You must meet the above criteria, which means the items must not be used (for change of mind), or defective. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the refund.
If an item has been used, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for change of mind, please make sure you have read the product instructions to ensure you are using the product correctly.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
