Shipping Policy

Shipping is between 3 - 5 days depending on stock. Generally we get our orders out within 24-48 hours of receiving the order and if it is going to be delayed for any reason we will contact you to let you know.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world (depending on the product line). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and all flammable products cannot be shipped to international destinations, this includes New Zealand.

For deliveries in Australia & New Zealand we have a flat rate according to the country we are sending to. For other International destinations, when you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note: Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Also note with a large order or a heavier than standard order you may be charged the difference in freight costs of the flat rate and the heavier/larger freight cost.
